the cardboard restaurant

Here's an international special.
SLIM TASTE RESTAURANT
Instead of being intrigued by it's healthy menu, take a look at their interior design. Nearly everything is MADE OUT OF CARDBOARD.
It is located in Central Hong Kong and the moment you step in, you're in awe.
The chairs are made of corrugated cardboard. Even the cups have cardboard holders. Pretty much the only things not made out of paper are the plates and utensils.

There's still doubt in how exactly envrionmental-friendly it is (since they would throw away the paper cups after one use?). Perhaps its more for the arts because of the many cardboard crafts that line the walls. Their menu, for the health conscious eaters, includes purple rice and low-fat dishes. Customers should take care not to spill any food nor liquid onto the table/chairs....
I really hope when I visit Hong Kong, I'll get to try this place.
