Lasagna

I never would've thought lasagna was easy. But then again lasagna never really appealed to me. My few times eating it was for school lunch...and it was horrible(NEVER ever make assumptions based on school lunches). I find people putting a lot of herbs and it doesn't fit my taste.

So instead, here's a little (or lack of twist) in this lasagna that my sister, dad, and I put together. We simply used tomato sauce from the market and chopped up angus beef. I don't like the beef having a rough texture when it's cooked(do you get what I mean?) so I add a lot of cornstarch + water. My dad stir-fried the beef and added a little oyster sauce for taste. Layer everything and put in the over for a few minutes, and done!

Overall, it turned out pretty good. Added a dish of mashed potatoes and it was more than enough to fill up four people. The only downside was my sister and I didn't cook the pasta thoroughly enough so it was hard. Otherwise, leftovers for the next day was delicious.
