Weird combo

Curry udon + Mozarella and cherry tomato salad. 

I believe it's the weirdest combination I ever put together. But still ate everything up. Next time I will keep the curry sauce in a separate container because the noodles soaked it up. The olive oil got a bit messy, took me awhile to wash it up. I used hate cherry tomatoes (but love the big fat ones) however this time these were so sweet and juicy!


The semester's almost over, can't wait! Because it always ends with several celebratory dinners ;) And also the holidays!
