At Home

Japanese Curry Udon with mushroom and onions - always so good. Can't really do bad on it because it's the curry blocks! Made by my sister under my direction.

Quiche #2 - This one has ham and I used a mixture of gouda and leftover parmesan. Definitely better than my first one, the ham was more flavorful and more cheese in this one. The crust however I would adjust it.
Mozzarella & Tomato Salad & a teeny toast - very fresh and I thought it made a great breakfast. I only had dried basil on hand, so it wasn't as flavorful as I wanted.
Chai Latte, do the math. This concentrated box makes 8 cups and the price = a grande Chai at Starbucks.  Just a 1:1 ratio of tea and milk, whisk it a bit for faux foam over stove and happy sipping.

Looks yummy. The tomato and mozzarella looked familiar, then I remembered it was from your last post haha

Yummy! Although I prefer rice over noodles with curry. The quiche and chai sound so good right now. Should totally pick up a box, used to get it all the time; and yes so much cheaper than sbux!
