I'm starting to see a lot of food trucks being able to open their own solid shops. Most likely due to the growing popularity of food trucks and their almost-everywhere-available food. And of course their successful menu.
A Mexicue shop (Mexican food, go figure) opened near my school! I never had it from the truck so I had to go check it out. Read from Yelp that their pulled-pork sliders were good so got one for $4. Not cheap so I had high expectations. Being sliders they are small so just two-three bites and it's gone.
However, I was disappointed. It was on the dry side and I wished there was more avocado.
Being optimistic, (perhaps it's not as good as from the truck?), would try the tacos next time I pass by.
