Happy New Year!

To the people who celebrate it, Happy Chinese New Year! You're getting those red envelopes right?? Always optimistic to a new year, the year of the RABBIT. Chinese New Year to me is always full of snacks, hearty meals, and tons of leftovers.

The meal before New Years must must must have chicken and pork and fish. Then there has to be a delicacy (which shown is abalone. I love that stuff right out the can. )

And shark fin soup cannot be left out. All this deliciousness wouldn't be without the hard work of my mom. :)
