Heck yea I'm doing that. Perfect too, because I have 8am class tomorrow. and I have a tumbler.
Not the best time of the semester, I just spent $$$ designing a friggin book that I'm not even completely happy with.
I decided to cover for someone at work (bad idea) so after that, I ate lunch with my mom at chinatown.
Fried fish skin Noodle soup @ Noodle Village
sounds icky? Nahh it's good :) There's not much to it, you fry the fish skin. I don't think large amounts of it are good for you though (high levels of mecury perhaps?) It's crispy good and I like to put it in the noodle soup to soften it. Noodles were mediocre...i smell msg...
My mom wanted to try their fried scallion dough. It looked like a doughnut haha...and it tasted like one too. It was too fatty I felt like I was eating one really salty pastry. There was a nice strong scallion smell but I really couldn't finish the second piece.

That cake looks a lil' scary.
And I never had fried fish skin, but I like fish, so maybe I'd like that too?
