Just so I don't forget what I ate:
2nd day
breakfast/lunch: stir fried noodles with cauliflower & kimchi
dinner: rice & mushrooms

3rd day
breakfast: coffee & plantain chips (fail)
lunch: vegetable japchae and seaweed salad
dinner: pizza & fruits

I need to incorporate more fruits into my meals. I'm just never full, I miss how meat is so filling....
but I think I'm in-taking more fluids than usual so that's good. 

I think I need to take coffee out of this diet as well.
