Hydrated

Winter's coming and so is the dry weather.

During the winter, we're most likely to forget about hydrating ourselves. You don't feel like you're losing water because you sweat less. And you don't wanna fumble out your water bottle and possible fail at opening it with your gloves on (or maybe its just me).

Not being properly hydrated can lead to:
1. dry lips (suffering now)
2. dry skin in general
3. Acne..breakouts
4. more vulnerable to being sick

and a lot more.

So get your daily 8-9 cups of h2o!
