End of my diet thoughts

Last Day: (fail)
Breakfast - no milk tea?! D:
Lunch - hand-made noodles (next post)
Dinner - fried noodles (with a little chicken)


Just for myself. :)
I didn't fully go through my pescetarian diet. There was my chicken filled kimchi dumplings. And my family didn't follow the diet together with me. So my mom cooked vegetables with chicken. Therefore, even if I didn't eat the chicken, I ate the vegetables that were cooked with the meat.
Oh wells. But I was satisfied with myself for being aware the beginning of the week.
Even if I didn't fully succeed, I feel that I can control my diet. (haha how hypocritical) I eat way too many fatty and salty foods and harm my health. Its time I should eat more vegetables and fruits.




And with that said, I'm going to try going a week without coffee. I claim I'm not addicted myself...we'll see...
